Privacy and Confidentiality

We do not solicit or collect any personal identifying information unless we require it to deliver our services to you. We will not offer for sale, give away or otherwise share or trade any of your personal, commercial, financial or other information with any third party, unless that party requires that information to assist us in delivering our service to you (i.e. financial institutions, contractors and suppliers), or we are required to do so by law (i.e. we receive a valid court order).

Your personal details may be provided to us by your employer, another employee, or an agent of an organisation of which you are part for the purpose of establishing an account for you. We will assume they do so with your consent, or under a legitimate authority arising from an employment relationship or other agreement, unless you inform us in writing that this is not so.

We do monitor site visits, usage and other meta-data for the purposes of improving service delivery and refining our outbound marketing (such as ads on third party websites). From time to time this may generate data capable of identifying individual users. We will not interrogate or otherwise use this data to identify you unless you ask us to (and there is a very good reason), we need to do so to rectify a service issue or security problem, or we are required to do so by law.

We will never target marketing material at you unless you give us permission to do so. When you opt in to a communication with us you may be asked for additional information. We will only ask for additional information we require to deliver the communication you agree to, and will never share, sell or distribute this information to third parties without your consent, except to the extent necessary to facilitate the communication (i.e. to contractors and suppliers of services to us).

When we share information with third parties in order to carry out our business, we will ensure they are bound by the same limitations we accept in this statement.

We will take all reasonable steps to safeguard your personal information (including your name, address, financial information and account credentials) and any data you enter into and store on our system/s. These steps include the use of active and passive intrusion, virus and malware detection software and/or services provided by reputable specialist companies, the use of reputable cloud storage and web service providers with data storage largely in facilities located in Australia and conforming to Australian data storage and security standards, and the implementation of physical and digital security protocols. We currently use Microsoft Azure web services and storage facilities for your peace of mind, and our place of business is physically secured by multiple pass key controlled points of entry.
